Did you know that at home in your cabinet may be a common product to help you lose weight, help relieve cramps, help an upset stomach or soften and improve skin? Below are several household products that can give surprising results!

Apple cider vinegar has been used for centuries and has scientifically been proven to have many real benefits. Old timers also have claimed that like an apple a day keeps the doctor away so does apple cider vinegar.

• By taking 2 tablespoons at night before bedtime you can reduce fasting blood sugar
• IMPROVES insulin resistance while eating carbs {19-34%}
• Bacteria can be killed because the main substance in vinegar is acetic acid, this kills bacteria or prevents it from multiplying.
• 1-2 tablespoons taken daily with 8 oz. of water can make you feel full there by helping you to consume 200-275 calories also since it helps with insulin levels it appears that apple cider vinegar may be a good tool to help with weight loss.

OVERALL apple cider vinegar can have benefits but be safe. DO NOT BELIEVE everything you read on the internet. Do your own research and ask your doctor. I believe there are definitely good reasons to incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet just get the facts first.

A couple of other good natural things you can try are ginger and honey.

Ginger is a root that the Chinese have used for thousands of years because they believed in the medicinal purposes that ginger possesses. Ginger is one of the best spices for you. It is also one of the best tasting. Loaded with compounds that are bioactive ginger is a power packed spice for your body and brain.

• Ginger acts as an anti-inflammatory
• It can also help with nausea/ morning sickness/motion sickness I remember my mother always giving me Gingerale to drink when I had an upset stomach.)
• Because ginger acts as an anti-inflammatory it can relieve muscle aches and soreness

OVERALL ginger needs to be in your cabinet. With its high concentrations of gingerol it has power packed medicinal properties.

Recently I discovered how good honey was for the skin.

• It has a large amount of antioxidants that help prevent aging
• Honey really moisturizes the skin and gives it a glow
• Because of the healing properties it can reduce the look of scars
• Definitely a huge complexion boost

OVERALL honey not only taste good but it can be a great addition to your weekly complexion regime for smoother and overall skin improvement.
