Boil 1 hog’s head and 4 feet until meat slips off bone.
Sale to taste, while boiling. Pour in Colander and
let drain. Pick meat from bones, cut in small pieces
and add red pepper to taste. Then add 1 full cup
Pepper Sauce, pack in mold and let set.

Chopped pimento may be added for color, if so desired.
